      Pros

      Work-life balance, genuine and kind culture, you make an immediate impact in any job you are in, recognition for hard work, challenging yet fun, and the swag is the best.

      Cons

      No real cons but would be nice to see more PTO as it is not as competitive as other companies.

      Pros

      The culture here is incredible. Everyone is working towards a better product for our customers and nobody creates roadblocks to that goal. From leadership down to individual contributers, I have yet to meet somebody that isn't a great individual. I would 100% recommend Fleetio to anyone. As a full-time remote employee I do not feel isolated in the least.

      Cons

      Benefits are a little high for family. The actual plan is great but the premiums are on the high end.
