If you are passionate about your work and you stand up for yourself when you’re told to use AI to do the core function of your job, you’ll be placed on a PIP with no previous warning. Management will cite the review as a basis for this, then bend inaccurate data to fit their narrative. If you question the accuracy of the data being used against you, you’ll be terminated the following day, before the PIP has even concluded, despite actively working to complete the tasks outlined within.
