      Pros

      -Full autonomy when performing well -Plenty of training to learn the product, competitor knowledge, sales methodologies, and career development -Great leadership that genuinely cares about your well being and career progress

      Cons

      -I really don't have any. Fleetio is a start up that has some occasional start up pains, but they work hard to resolve them and are currently making lots of positive changes.

      Pros

      Our mission as a company is rewarding and our product is extremely innovated and used in 70 countries (and counting!) worldwide. Our culture is unmatched: transparent, flexible, room for career growth, I feel like my ideas are heard and appreciated, and Leadership is genuinely kind people that are also accessible to talk to day-to-day. I feel like I am aware of what is going on in the company for the most part and the direction and roadmap are always clear. Fleetio seems to take hiring seriously and I enjoy working with every coworker so far. The reviews you see are really not too good to be true, I love working here and never want to leave :)

      Cons

      To me, this is not a con, but if you are someone that would not enjoy working at a company where at times things can change and continuously evolve, then it might not be for you. We want to be as efficient as possible and as a result of that, sometimes the way we do things might shift or we might implement new software, etc. just to ensure we are always efficient and growing.
