      Pros

      Friendly, supportive, and thoughtful people. Remote-first. Genuine work-life balance. Constantly reevaluating and evolving. Decisions are measured and excellent product vision. The people here are like extended family; the ones you actually want to sit next to at family get-togethers.

      Cons

      A lot of the team is remote so some person-to-person is understandably missing but a dedicated, rotating Culture Squad is always brainstorming and working to improve life as a Fleeting.

      Pros

      -A company culture like no other: You get to work with incredibly smart, kind, and genuine people -Remarkable product and mission that is very easy to be passionate about and support -Tons of perks including remote friendly environment, “Fleet Week,” monthly catered lunches, weekly Happy Hours and fun events -Management team is great and they listen to input and feedback of employees

      Cons

      There are many softwares used but I don’t actually see this as a con - Everything is very organized and streamlined and makes the remote culture possible. Plus, all of them are very user friendly and make sense that they are all used.

      Pros

      Fleetio has been nothing short of amazing. Management actually listens to employee feedback. Coming from a Fortune 500 size company, I have seen both ends of the spectrum. Fleetio is building the right foundation to be a great company with amazing employees. The office in Birmingham is nothing short of awesome as are the people. Being remote friendly is a game changer. Fleetio seriously provides you with all of the tools you need to be successful. Fleetio software is a top notch product and this company is going places in the next few years. Stay tuned!

      Cons

      Learning all of the tools can be a bit overwhelming at first. Luckily everyone is there to assist and make the on-boarding process as easy as possible. This is a tech start up so you have to be ok with constant change (99% it is always for the better though) and be willing to being a part of an ever changing/evolving/growing company.
