Pros
- Leadership is as transparent as can be. All goals and initiatives are constantly being questioned and discussed very openly. No high-level choices are kept behind hidden doors. - Ability to have an impact. At previous companies, you were asked to work on things that sometimes did not have the biggest impact on the product or even the company. Sometimes an entire sub-product was thrown away because of lack of foresight that it was useful for one very large customer but was it useful for more? Fleetsmith, as a product, is treated as an evolving product to solve evolving problems and not just a assembly of various tools that were thrown into a product. - Fleetsmith is customer obsessed. From support, to business operations, to engineering -- all parts of Fleetsmith are obsessed to provide customers with the utmost positive and pleasant experience. Whether that be providing world class support to the smallest and largest customers or designing and engineering a product that tackles IT device management as seamless and painless as possible. - One of the greatest things that stand out about Fleetsmith is the culture. Its very collaborative, positive and filled with jokes. Even though there has been crazy growth, the culture has been consistently great (kudos to the talent and hiring team)! While there are stressful times due to ambitious goals (common to any startup culture), the people are there to support each other and I look forward to coming in each day to work with these awesome, caring people.
Cons
Not too many cons I can think of :)
