They don’t care about their workers I used to work for them I had a 3000 die fallout of the press and hit me and the supervisor at the time said just get back to work plus I got wrote up 3 times for using the bathroom

8 hour shifts. 3 shifts available. Union Job. You get lots of help starting off from other workers. Management is good. Can get some overtime but not much unless you work on holidays.

Cons

Night shift takes away lots of home life but pays more. Almost no room for promotion. No air conditioning. Very fast paced.
