Work load for Project engineer is too high and lack of software(Catia) made it harder to proceed customer meeting

* Wages are so good its hard to find another opportunity if you wish to part ways (feel like your trapped & that gets taken advantage of) * Too many top management treat their employees poorly. There is no place to make a complaint privately & you are considered the villain and retaliated against. * Plants are over capacity with work - leaving no room for error on OLD equipment * Money has not been put back into the companies to maintain or replace equipment used to manufacture today's high volume products.
