Pros

Getting exposure to Fintech. Good place to start your career.

Cons

Pay the employee for his/her worth. There is no point of paying way less than the market rate. The cost of interviewing, rehiring and training new employee far exceeds than paying the current employee with market rate. The atrrition rate of the company is 1 year, far lower than any other company. If you are not creating environment for people to stay then you are not a place to work, just a place to earn and move on. Nepotism is so much high. You can't appoint people to positions which they don't deserve and leave the employees with 5+ years in assosiate positions.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work here

Cons

1.) Toxic environment. Blame game is rampant 2.) Growth is close to zero. Every year you will hear the same thing "We did not have a good year so we can't give you the raise/bonus" 3.) The management is stingy af. 4.) They force their employees(including myself) to write good reviews on Glassdoor otherwise they keep any potential bonus/hike a hostage.

Pros

- Good place to get a start in financial software - Milwaukee office itself is not a bad place to work - Pay is average to good for Milwaukee

Cons

- Project management appears to have no idea how to gather requirements for a software product or communicate with development teams - Company forces teams to work on quick, hacky fixes instead of long- or medium-term solutions, leaving employees in a perennial state of firefighting - First-tier support in Great Neck is worse than worthless, often creating problems - Infrastructure team has difficulty with even the basics of their jobs - Technology decisions are often made by yes-men with no real understanding of the technology at stake - Support and developers are effectively required to be on-call all the time (given the firefighting and lack of competent first-tier support) - Most of the reviews posted here on Glassdoor are ... highly suspicious
