      I have been working with flextrade for last 3 years, Its the best company if you are looking for a challenging job which keeps you on your toes throughout the year. 1. Good learning curve 2. good Work life balance 3. Onsite support opportunities. 4. Smooth IJP transition. 5. Easily approachable management. 6. Flexible timings 7. Very less hierarchy. 8. Good visibility and appreciation of the work done.

      1. Support on holidays for Support analysts , not applicable to any other profile. 2. Office space 3. Comparatively less office outings/parties. 4.No transportation facility
