Pros
1) Approachable Senior Managements and different teams. 2) Members of the Organization are very helpful. 3) Well Fed Organization with most of the fresh eatables. 4) Plenty of Opportunities for learning Business and different asset classes. 5) Best pay in the current market. 6) Flexible work timings. 7) Smart Casual dress code. 8) Twice a year appraisal cycle. 9) Work Life balance. 10) All the festivals are celebrated enthusiastically feels like a family away from family.
Cons
1) Work area should be improved. 2) A bit of Micro-management. 3) No Cafeteria. 4) Admin staff is not working till late, which sometimes becomes issue for the rest to access official stuff. 5) No goal specific road map designed by the managers or the team leads.
