I joined FlexTrade as a fresher and my experience so far is good. Since everything was new for me when I had joined, my seniors and teammates helped me to get along with the work very well. Work culture here is pretty good, and everyone is polite & humble. Fun Wednesdays and Friday lunches makes working here a great experience.

As this is the product based company, you will have very good opportunity to learn deeply any technology. They use updated technology. Very helping Manager, HR as well as Colleagues. Good work life balance. good care of employee.

Pros

Company is quite small which gives you an advantage of knowing each and everyone personally. Being a product based company it facilities you to get exposed to market directly and take advantage in learning trading economics. Tools and technology for learning are unparallel as compared to other companies I have worked previously. Seniors are quite humble and helpful for your technical/career growth. Friday office lunches are really good.

Cons

Certain rules are bit arbitrary (not all), they need some refinement.
