- Lot of opportunities to learn about the industry (Finance, Equity & FX Trading, OMS, EMS, Sell-Side, Buy-Side, Algo, Exchange) - The company has started to have huge presence and recognition globally in the last few years. - Management has started doing some positive changes to encourage communication, team-work, and efficiency across all offices worldwide - Started to catch up to new technologies. - Singapore office has friendly people, good team work, active and helpful HR and Admin staff - Benefits and office perks has improved as well for Singapore office staff, can be further improved.
