      - The product is great - they have great customers for their product

      Cons

      - No opportunities to grow at the company, As I have seen people stuck in the same role for years - Client can be very demanding therefore there is no work life balance especially in client services - Outdated tools, therefore hindering employees productivity. - No investment in improving the technology infrastructure even though its a technology company - There are no trainings that helps you grow in your role. - Plus there is no on-boarding when you first join the company
