Smart people to work with. Helpful employees around, learning at your own pace and rewarding culture.

Cons

Some teams have old people making the culture as lazy as a 9 to 5:30 job. Some teams don't thrive enough to improve the product and use latest tech stack.

As I see more and more new faces at FlexTrade, I continue to feel confident about the direction of the company. These new faces are mostly new additions to staff and not replacements for employees who have moved on. It gives me a sense that WE are on the right trajectory and continuing to grow. It makes it easy to have confidence in the days/weeks/months/years ahead.

Cons

Most of my previous concerns are gone.
