Joined a few months ago and it's been a great experience working in this organization. Few points that I'd like to highlight based on my experience in this organization. - Great work culture. - Really supportive people. - Not a big hierarchy. - Your contribution will be visible and valued. - Really good learning curve. - Pretty good compensation.

Cons

It really depends on the team and role. I cant really think of any demerit in my role and team.
