I worked in Flextrade for almost 3 years. I greatly enjoyed my time in Flextrade. I got an opportunity to work on state of the art, high throughput, low latency Algorithmic Trading Systems used by a wide variety of financial clients. It's a great company if one wants to get acquainted with algorithmic trading market microstructure. The Company is very employee friendly as well. I would highly recommend it.

Below are some of pros about working at FlexTrade : 1.Lot of things to learn technically as well as domain wise if you have not worked in financial domain before. 2.Ownership of work : You will have ownership of your work and most of time work independently without much interference. 3.Supportive team members . 4.Good salary , above market standards. 5.HR is very supportive and always assists employees.

Cons

No joining bonus. No onsite opportunity. No canteen and transport facilities.
