Pros

Working as software developer. Full time for less than 1 year Learning curve is better Offers amazing work life balance Transparency between team members Amid lockdown, Flextrade conducts timely meetings to understand and know how their employees are holding up and if they're facing any problem, which is a really good initiative. The team I work with is amazing, our manager is one of the best persons to work under.

Cons

Need a bigger kitchen. Apart from Lock-down , WFH policy is thier but first need to give reason then on Approval you can take it. Other than this haven't faced any issues yet

Pros

- Good place to get a start in financial software - Milwaukee office itself is not a bad place to work - Pay is average to good for Milwaukee

Cons

- Project management appears to have no idea how to gather requirements for a software product or communicate with development teams - Company forces teams to work on quick, hacky fixes instead of long- or medium-term solutions, leaving employees in a perennial state of firefighting - First-tier support in Great Neck is worse than worthless, often creating problems - Infrastructure team has difficulty with even the basics of their jobs - Technology decisions are often made by yes-men with no real understanding of the technology at stake - Support and developers are effectively required to be on-call all the time (given the firefighting and lack of competent first-tier support) - Most of the reviews posted here on Glassdoor are ... highly suspicious
