Pros

Colleagues are generally nice and smart. Breakfast + weekly free lunch. Hybrid work arrangement, relatively flexible hours. Decent office location.

Cons

Chronic lack of cultural and gender diversity amongst middle management and above globally. Poor direction and communication from US head office, very detached, often making decisions without understanding regional differences and dynamics. Compensation is very average compared to the market.
