      Flextrade is a product based company , so you will get a good platform to learn and understand how trading markets work. Flextrade has Strong work ethics,Supportive team, Interactive environment, Games on wednesday, More carrier opportunities.

      Pros

      Great people, very friendly atmosphere, good camaraderie throughout. HR go the extra mile to ensure employees are happy and it's not just about work. Lots of perks. Healthcare, dental, free food, treats throughout the year and an amazing 360 view of London. Freedom to innovate with flextime for side projects / spikes

      Cons

      Loss of managerial figures has left a leadership gap. New security measures are damaging productivity, but nothing that can't be overcome. Some of the tech is very old

      You will get a good platform to learn and understand how trading markets work. Flextrade will provide you opportunities to up skill not only your technical skills, but inter-personal skills too. You will get a chance to directly contact the stakeholders, that will enhance your leadership skills. The most important point is your work will be recognized by the management. That is a plus point. Apart from your work, your mistakes will also be observed but instead of any critics, you will get an advice how you can improve yourself. These both things will add value to your career-path.
