I just joined FlexTrade as a fresher and it's been a really good experience. These are the things I like working here. -Good personal and Technical growth -Very helpful seniors. -Good domain knowledge.

Not micro-managing environment, lots of freedom.

Cons

Glass ceiling, certain people are treated as 'favourites' because of non-performance related reasons, or they're the longest around. Being there the longest doesn't mean most capable.
