Pros

Great company culture! The company has integrity from how it treats it's customers, partners and employees. They invest heavily in their employees and from my experience, they actually care about you and your family. The company has excellent leadership and lets every employee know what they are planning and why. They are committed to wellness of body and mind with unlimited PTO and a wellness subsidy for you to join a gym, quite smoking or dance classes. I love my job and the people I work with.

Cons

Lack of diversity is one of the only cons currently.

Missing the Mark

Pros

Trying to hire good people. It's a fun work environment. Laid back at work. Company is really focused on your improvement. Over all compensation package has been approving.

Cons

Lately it seems a lot of people are seeking other employment, being fired, or now there has been lay-offs. There is very limited opportunities unless you're into IT. They're is a bit of growing pains because of migrations that don't seemed well planned out. Like most place I suppose, they run bare minimum staff at the Data Center, so you'll be putting in long days, with a short week. Rushed into solo with little training.

Very selective of whom they hire. They do not use contractors. They are growing.

Cons

With growth comes some pain and occasional mis-steps.
