One of the best reason for working at ViaWest is that it is a headquartered company here in Colorado, and it is growing. So often, companies of this size, are out-of-state and you do not have a chance to engage the senior leadership team.

Cons

Right now the company is transitioning from the "startup" type of operation to a larger company. Like all such transitions, it is a bit slow and somewhat painful as they determine the best culture and operating environment.
