I really enjoyed working at Peak10, During my time there I was exposed to cutting edge technology and hardware and software. My managers were always open to suggestions and the culture was to get the job done. I personally consider exposure to new technologies worth a loss in compensation.

Cons

Pay is lower than industry standard. Typical workplace politics.
