Pros
Even though I started out as part-time, I loved my role at Peak 10. I was given some great tasks and increased responsibility. I felt my work was actually valuable for the company. The people I worked with were great. Since Peak 10 is ten different markets, I feel the experience could be different depending on which market you find yourself in. It was a really fun culture.
Cons
99% of the people I worked with were great but one bad apple can spoil the bunch. departments were very segmented. I worked for corporate which keep us very isolated from even the data center workers in Charlotte.
