Pros

Continual turn over means that if you stick with it you'll always have a job All you can drink soda

Cons

- Only positions available come from turn over - Highest management based positions typically hired from outside the company or only offered at company headquarters. For Example: No one in noc management in the Utah region came from lower positions. Hired externally or brought on as part of acquisition deals. - Management frequently out of touch with front line staff. Probably because they never were front line staff here.(see above) - As one poster stated you must document every minute of your workday. Prepare to be pressured when you don't have a very high percentage of your time expressly documented while management insists this documentation isn't important. - Worse than call center mentality.

Pros

I've been working at Flexential for over a year now, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The culture is great, the people are friendly, and the work is challenging and rewarding. One thing I appreciate about Flexential is the emphasis on professional development. They offer a variety of training and development programs to help employees grow and advance in their careers. The company also encourages collaboration and teamwork, which makes for a supportive and positive work environment. Another great thing about Flexential is the benefits package. It's comprehensive and includes everything from healthcare to retirement plans. The company also offers generous paid time off and flexible scheduling options, which is a huge plus. Overall, I would highly recommend Flexential to anyone looking for a great place to work. The company values its employees and offers a supportive and rewarding work environment. If you're looking for a company that values professional development, collaboration, and work-life balance, then Flexential is the place to be.
