Pros

It is nice to work at a company where I do not feel like a little cog in a machine designed simply to make rich people richer. The CEO makes an effort to meet each new hire individually, for example. I am sure money is being made, but they pay well and take care of us.

Cons

We are able to handle the workload with a relatively small crew (partly due to efficient processes), but that means there is not as much interaction as a team as I have seen at previous companies.

Pros

The biggest thing that I like while being here, which has not been long, is the culture. I have been very welcomed and not just from supervisors. Every interaction so far has been positive. In fact, this review was a task from HR and seeing as it is anonymous, it would not be in their best interest if Flexential was a toxic place to work.

Cons

I have not been here long, so I do not know what the raise scale is like. I think that while the hiring wage is good, especially for someone just starting out, that having a set raise scale for the first 180 days to one or two years would be good. As of right now I am not sure how compensation might improve or a way to do it.
