Terrible basic pay especially for London There are the haves and have nots as far as client accounts go. If you have a good client base you can make a lot of money, if you don’t then it’s a real struggle. You’ll keep being told new business is coming…our sales team are great….yet the new business never comes. Can’t progress unless you are prepared to be in office 3 days a week If you are on sick leave on an ‘office day’ they expect you to make up that office day.

Poor work-life balance, with long hours and weekend expectations. “Family” culture promoted, but flexibility often not supported by area leadership. High pressure to meet KPIs, which can feel relentless. Disconnect between head office decisions and frontline reality.
