Pros

Meet great people who are travelling for all kinds of interesting reasons. Uncapped pay. Travel discounts and free trips. Great staff (mostly). Never a boring day. Lots of opportunities across all the Flight Centre Travel Group brands. Global Gathering to reward those who work productively. Focus on personal responsibility and accountability. Training programme is excellent.

Cons

The cons are only there for those with the wrong attitude or work practices. There is a real requirement to work effectively whilst at work or you could end up working longer hours.
