About a 5 year job, starts off ok long hours then you'll rise to a point they can't afford. So they start finding reasons to fire in order for cost savings cheaper unqualified replacements. When there is an upturn they'll raise pay respectfully, then at the first sign of a downturn they'll find unmeasurable reasons to fire whilst training your replacement for $30-50k less. Race to the bottom isn't quality training you can sell. Problem is your replacement has no cfi, no teaching experience, and no experience on type. So its basic pencil whipping at best. They are also creating separate tiers calling anyone with experience training instructors and undercutting with H1B's. Not a respectable company since Al Ueltschi died, management doesn't accept feedback or critiques for improvement. They're promoting the worst to checkairmen who can't teach. Then bullying those who can teach into endless groundschool. They fired their best Michael Romeo for speaking up about the mismanagement. Their own actions are speaking volumes for bullying and hostile environment. Teterboro managers have no experience in the product their managing.
