Pros

Use to be a great place… excellent for Management. The management at all levels is toxic and allowed to harass and one is even allowed to shove the women without any repercussions.

Cons

Toxic center to work at. It isn't just the CM … the ohio Mafia morphed into a bunch of local thugs. I was told shut up or quit when I reported being pushed into a wall by another employee … that employee is still there somehow…

I'm trying to think of one.

Cons

They use up people and they instill an illegal two year minimum to work there. If you leave, their solution is simple you owe them thousands of dollars. Someone will pursue this at court and I believe there are many people who will reap a ton of money. By the time their two year hard core time is up, employees can't wait to bolt for the door. Someone forgot to tell them that that worth of a company begins at the top.
