Pros

Great people to work with. We have a good center manager that cares about ous.

Cons

Since they have frozen my retirement , no good reason to stay. Time to go to a better paying job.

Lost sight of core mission

Pros

Continue to recruit the good people despite demonstrated lack of concern for them. Anticipates successes on technology.

Cons

Corp has lost touch with core mission. Promoting highest to higher positions to take advantage of Berkshire Hathaways retirement after freezing it for all other employee's (SAD) while long time (loyal) teammates get the shaft. Mindset is: plenty of fish (replacement Teammates) in the sea, let them quit, we'll find more. New Teammates do not qualify for some benefits...CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP
