The company itself just feels like it hasn’t changed in 30 years. The failing to evolve is really troubling.

I reported serious safety issues that included non-compliant training in the Tucson Training Center. Those complaints were later substantiated in an FAA investigation. It was then admitted under oath during a deposition that I had been correct. I resigned my position because of the hostility and the blow back I was experiencing, I received no support for doing the right thing from management. Later, while working for another company, FlightSafety moved in and took the company over. An individual from Tucson was now in a leadership role in this new joint venture. He had me terminated, he even listened in on the phone call and never announced his presence. I lost my career, my health insurance and all because I made a valid safety complaint that the FAA agreed was a violation of a regulation, standard or order.
