If you want to work for a job where your future isn't guaranteed, this is the one choice that might suit you well.

Cons

The CEO is the worst leader, a terrible human being, and an evil soul. This arrogant person makes poor decisions and has created such an atmosphere of fear that no one dares second-guess those decisions. It's a mess because the bad decisions lead to uncertainty for employees and chaos in everyone's professional lives. Don't join if you want a stable career and a regular income source. Nothing is guaranteed here.

None. Employees are treated terribly, there isn't any room to advance, work-life balance is awful, etc.

Cons

Employees are treated as nothing more than disposable pawns by management. Our needs and aspirations are of no concern to them. They don't bother to acknowledge, much less reward, employees' hard work; all they care about is getting what they want.
