1) To do impactful work 2) Easy to approach and helpful coworkers 3) Working in a place of positive energy

1) There was no agile development process (as with any other startup) when i was there, it's good in a way but bad in a bigger way. But now i think they do.

1. communication gap 2. Missuse of power by seniors 3. unfair decision by management 4. Employee is terminated on the basis of wrong information provided by supervisor/senior to the managenemt. 5. the lower staff has no right to explain, even if does, no action is taken. 6. If something gets missing from office premises, lower staff are treated as thief and without any proof they are held responsible for it and salary is deducted.
