unrealistic KPI's, a "data driven sales leader" who doesn't understand data or leadership, not a lot of transparency (although there is the illusion of transparency), I came and went at a tumultuous time for the company. A lot has changed and I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Unreachable 90-day plan, lack of communication with managers, constantly changing priorities, subjective approach to every internal or external task - leaving no clear path for success. Hired a large external affairs team, only to begin letting people go within two months. I was not let go, but subjected to scare tactics and false assessments by incoming management who did not know the product. People rarely take time off. I was pressed into work in a non-emergency situation during PTO and unable to take 30-minutes for a medical appointment that was necessary.
