      Lots of people willing to help others

      A complete lack of vision. Frequent changes of course, causing constant and oftentimes random shifts in the way things are done, people taking on different roles then getting moved to another role or fired. My entire team was fired as our manager wanted to automate the role, then they found out that it's actually not possible so now they are hiring other people for the same role and fired the manager.
