      Flock Safety has a mission I truly believe in, and it’s rewarding to know that the work we do makes a real impact. There are so many opportunities for growth, and while there are lots of changes (as expected in any tech startup), I embrace it—it keeps things fresh and exciting. The team is full of smart, driven people, and the benefits are excellent. If you're looking for a place where you can grow, innovate, and work with a great team, I highly recommend it!

      If you don’t like change, this might not be the place for you—things move fast, as expected in a startup. Some processes could be more efficient, but getting leadership buy-in for improvements can sometimes be a challenge.
