      Pros

      Big Time promises of job movement Within a year of being hired.

      Cons

      All promises are false. They don't care about growth within the company. The managers are absolute crap. They pretend to care and behind closed doors laugh about the smoke and mirrors. They paint a beautiful picture and don't come through with any of it.
