Success means lowering crime and helping people and this feels very real every day The culture is top notch and everyone seemingly wants to help each other succeed. This stems from the top down, leadership is engaged and seems to care deeply about the welfare of its people. Everyone gets equity and the comp is fair

Cons

The rate of growth is intense and demanding. Everyone is expected to perform at a high level with low margins for error. Growing pains are at times very real.
