      Internal transparency Kindness as a virtue market compensation for venture backed tech company

      high expectations which is great for high quality colleagues but some folks might not want to work as hard as expected at Flock.

      Pros

      Mission is worth it Genuinely great culture and fun workplace Growth is encouraged and mapped well. But you need to actually work for it. This is not a “that’s not my job” company.

      Cons

      Public distrust of technology. Unfortunately, dealing with the constant misperceptions and misinformation in the public sphere. This misinformation is genuinely hard to combat and is frustrating when you know the majority of this workforce is genuinely trying to make a great, trustworthy product.
