      Cons

      Startup mentality is taxing at times but also rewarding. The negative false media accusations is frustrating, but we carry on. Anything worth doing is hard.

      Pros

      Product market fit is unreal. Customers genuinely want the products we offer. The impact to our customers outcomes creates a sticky customer and new product releases provides opportunity to upsell to our limited books (only so many cities)

      Cons

      It's a fast growing company with constant change in process, direction, products. Hardware is tough because of implementation and maintenance but in today's world with AI impacting true SaaS play company's valuations maybe that's actually a pro?
