      Pros

      Flock is a mission driven company more than any other company I've been a part of. On a daily basis I hear real stories about how the tech we build helps keep communities safer by helping solve crime. Very fulfilling. On the revenue org specifically, it's a fast paced environment. I have a lot of autonomy in my role to take on projects I think will impact the business and I get to see the results of those projects. Many customers have said our product is the best thing they've seen in their careers. You gotta love selling a product like that! Overall, the company has a great track record of meeting/exceeding quarterly goals.

      Cons

      Flock is a start up. If you don't enjoy a fast paced environment and the ability to adapt to change, it wouldn't be a good fit for you.

      Pros

      Work from anywhere, all equipment provided to do your job, very family oriented atmosphere, constant info from the top down so everyone is informed on business direction and decisions, great benefits that are always improving.

      Cons

      Startup Company, which is scary at first, but once you get here and see our mission, the dedication of ALL teams and the direction we are headed, that will soon fade away.

      Pros

      - Remote First Company - Unlimited PTO - Really awesome product - No micromanaging (for the most part)

      Cons

      - Internal Politics - It almost seems too easy for leadership to fire people. You make more than one mistake (despite being a consistent top performer) and they will take that mistake to the grave and use it as a reason to fire you. - They have all these policies in place, yet go against them all the time
