      Pros

      The people are fun, most people are really willing to do whatever it takes.

      Cons

      Some of the old guard still have a start up mentality and aren’t very professional. They tend to “look before they leap”.

      It's hit or miss.

      Pros

      - Amazing Employees/Co-Workers - If you work in one of their established territories, you're going to have a high rate of success. - Product is outstanding. - Tons of training

      Cons

      - Laws and regulations can prevent you from closing deals in their weaker territories. - Micromanaged would be an understatement. Everything you do is on display so if you're having a rough go everyone will know. - If you're not in an established territory you're pretty much going to have to work 3x as hard just to hit your quotas.
