      I’ve been working at Flock Safety for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The company is filled with passionate, driven individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on communities. This company has truly been transformational for me. Pros: Strong Mission and Vision: Flock Safety is focused on making neighborhoods safer, and it's fulfilling to know that the work that I do has a personal tie to mine and my children's lives! Collaborative Culture: The team here is incredibly supportive and collaborative. Transparent Leadership: The leadership team is open and communicative. They regularly share company goals, progress, and challenges, making everyone feel included and valued. We have an all hands every Friday which makes everyone feel like they are a part of something greater! Great Benefits: It’s refreshing to work for a company that genuinely cares about its employees’ well-being.The people at Flock Safety are absolutely wonderful.

      Cons

      Fast-Paced Environment: Flock Safety is a high-growth company, so things can move quickly. This might not be the best fit for someone who prefers a slower pace. Personally though, I love it!
