      Pros

      I've grown more here in a shorter time than anywhere else I've worked, and I feel like I'm actually doing something that's making a difference. Not the right fit for everyone, but if you want to move fast, do meaningful work, and be rewarded for it, I haven't found a better place.

      Pros

      Strong salary, purpose-driven narrative, high-end AI resources.

      Cons

      Unreachable 90-day plan, lack of communication with managers, constantly changing priorities, subjective approach to every internal or external task - leaving no clear path for success. Hired a large external affairs team, only to begin letting people go within two months. I was not let go, but subjected to scare tactics and false assessments by incoming management who did not know the product. People rarely take time off. I was pressed into work in a non-emergency situation during PTO and unable to take 30-minutes for a medical appointment that was necessary.
