Good pay ,basically work independent day to day. No work on week ins.

Cons

Always changing . Cant use your own judgment on installations and have to wait for approval of the installation before you leave the job site.

Culture, pay, growth, communication, everyone lives the values. It is the most supportive environment I've ever been a part of.

Cons

Honestly none. I would say it involves lot of new challenges daily, as we all have growing pains. Alot of travel required.
