Work from anywhere, all equipment provided to do your job, very family oriented atmosphere, constant info from the top down so everyone is informed on business direction and decisions, great benefits that are always improving.

Cons

Startup Company, which is scary at first, but once you get here and see our mission, the dedication of ALL teams and the direction we are headed, that will soon fade away.

Being part of a company that is not only well-funded and well-led, but disrupting a space that has been relatively untouched by modern tech. It's mind-blowing to see the impact this company has made in 5 short years. Really smart and helpful co-workers. Remote-first is handled well.

Cons

We are disrupting and solving for an incredible problem in the world, crime. The pace can be exhausting at times, so you need to manage your energy and priorities. As the CEO likes to say, "figure out what's a forest fire vs a fire that will burn out on it's own".
