      Pros

      I have been challenged at Flock Safety and believe I've done some of my best work as a result. The company has been growing steadily and rapidly, which has made it continually challenging and rewarding. It's a very strong team of dedicated employees who work hard to reach big goals like eliminating non-violent crime.

      Cons

      It's still a start-up, so it's not for everybody. Change and growth are constant, so every week and month brings a new challenge, which I love but some people find to be too much. It's definitely not the same as working at a large, established company with well-defined roles. This means more variety but also ambiguity and unique problems to solve.

      Pros

      I've never felt so empowered on a team before! Fast growing, exciting start up environment. Leadership has handled this pandemic so well and I am 100% a part of something impactful and bigger than myself.

      Cons

      No real cons for me. I'm consistently impressed by leadership and motivated to succeed. I mean, it is a start up, if you're looking for a job where you do the same thing every day and don't stretch and work hard then this probably isn't for you.
