Pros
People are valued, first and foremost. The mission is one that I think everyone can support - eliminating non-violent crime. The focus on privacy is something not found often in the industry and its not just lip-service, every aspect of the product has privacy at the forefront of its design. Feedback and cross-discipline teamwork is welcomed and valued. Very talented team. Surround yourself by people more talented than you, and you will operate at a higher level.
Cons
Not a con but this is still a startup, moving fast and setting aggressive goals that will challenge you. This is not the place to pass the days before retirement.
