      *feral hissing sounds* The only pro? It's remote.

      Cons

      All of their communication issues and workflow inefficiencies stem from awful leadership. This "organization" is unfortunately led by unqualified grifters and kool-aid sippin' baboons. Whether you're onboarding or you've been here for several years, everyone has experienced some form of backstabbing and toxicity. Look at the news for yourself. Do you think a company that's trustworthy and morally sound would have this much constant negative press?

      Pros

      Typical high growth startup benefits and good pay.

      Cons

      They say it's remote, it's not. People managers have zero training and dont care about your career growth . There's no room for advancement and promotions are rare. Turnover is extremely high. It's a power control culture where you will not have a voice and very clique-y.

      Pros

      - Amazing Employees/Co-Workers - If you work in one of their established territories, you're going to have a high rate of success. - Product is outstanding. - Tons of training

      Cons

      - Laws and regulations can prevent you from closing deals in their weaker territories. - Micromanaged would be an understatement. Everything you do is on display so if you're having a rough go everyone will know. - If you're not in an established territory you're pretty much going to have to work 3x as hard just to hit your quotas.
